INTERNAL COLLABORATION

Coordinate work requests, tasks and workflows in one environment

TRILAY ERP+ integrates communication, work requests, owners, commitment dates and workflows to organize work between people and areas and keep every process traceable.

From request to completed process, with traceability
The internal coordination challenge

From disconnected messages to traceable processes with clear ownership

When requests, tasks, authorizations and commitment dates are managed through different channels, it becomes hard to know who must act, what is expected and the real status of the work.

Without integrated management

Requests that are difficult to track

  • Requests sent through different channels.
  • Unclear owners and priorities.
  • Commitments with no follow-up.
  • Tasks disconnected from the process.
  • Scattered authorizations and files.
With TRILAY ERP+

Coordinated communication and work

  • Work requests with objectives and priorities.
  • Owners and commitment dates.
  • Tasks, resources and files linked.
  • Sequential workflows.
  • Progress and traceability of each process.

  • Update progress
  • Completion and result
Management

Cancellation, reassignment and authorization

  • Change of responsible person
  • Authorization requests within the workflow
  • Recurring work requests
Production processes and tasks

Break work down into related tasks

A work request can include a production process made up of simple or complex tasks.

01

Tasks, owners and resources

Name, duration, owner, dates, predecessor tasks, material resources, files, completion percentage and hierarchical level.

02

Calculated dates

The sequence is calculated based on duration, start date, hierarchical level and predecessor tasks.

03

Levels and templates

Hierarchical tasks that can be added, removed or reordered, and previous processes reusable as templates.

Gantt, critical path and workflow

Coordinate processes between people and areas

Visualize the sequence of work and distribute it among owners with the sequential workflow.

01

Gantt Chart

Each process can be visualized through a Gantt chart with tasks and timelines.

02

Critical Path

Identifies related tasks and the sequence that determines the process, with graphical representation.

03

Sequential Workflow

Distributes sequential tasks: when each one finishes, the system sends the next to the next owner until the process is complete.

Progress, evaluation and lifecycle

Keep the process journey visible

01

Progress

Completion percentage, task evolution, changes, status, owners and dates during execution.

02

Evaluation of the previous task

Before starting a task, the owner can evaluate how the previous stage was completed to preserve continuity.

03

Process lifecycle

Stages, owners, completed and pending tasks, sequence and overall status visible to participants.

Part of the same ERP

Connect work with the rest of the ERP

Work requests, tasks and authorizations are related to the operation and structure of the same ERP.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

How is it different from Project Management?
Internal Collaboration manages communication, work requests, tasks and workflows between people and areas; Project Management manages budgets, processes, resources, income, expenses, costs and profitability across multiple projects.
How does the sequential workflow work?
The first task is assigned, the owner receives and completes it, the system sends the next one to the next owner, and so on until the last one; when finished, the requester receives a request to evaluate the completed workflow.
Does it include recurring emails and work requests?
Yes. Every user has an internal and external mailbox, automatic system messages, and the ability to generate recurring work requests and reminders.
