Control the entire logistics operation, from order to delivery

TRILAY ERP+ organizes orders, route sheets, vehicles, deliveries and incidents on a single platform. It controls the load of each trip, coordinates in-house fleet or external carriers and tracks the operation through to reconciliation and closure.

Orders, trips and deliveries connected with sales and inventory
The distribution challenge

From disconnected orders to a coordinated delivery operation

When orders, vehicles, deliveries, delivery notes and incidents are managed separately, it is hard to know the load of each trip, control performance and close the operation correctly.

Without integrated management

Trips that are difficult to plan and control

  • Orders prepared without centralized planning.
  • Loads and deliveries coordinated in spreadsheets.
  • Little visibility into vehicles and carriers.
  • Incidents, rejections and collections without joint follow-up.
  • Difficulty reconciling and closing each trip.
With TRILAY ERP+

Connected orders, trips and deliveries

  • Orders grouped by delivery area and date.
  • Route sheets with load and assigned vehicle.
  • Tracking of departures, deliveries and returns.
  • Delivery notes, collections and incidents linked to the trip.
  • Reconciliation and closure of the operation on a single platform.
